Salt Roads is a live traditional co-production crossing Wadi Rum and the Canary Islands. Its campaign is early — which is exactly when the premium pipeline earns its keep: the incentive stack is ranked, representation is requested, and the gap has a number.
Three territories by design.
Qatar, Jordan and Spain are not a marketing line: the shoot is split across them so the spend qualifies where the incentives are. The structure is the financing.
The campaign opened with co-producer tiers.
Backers hold credit tiers; two co-producer commitments anchor the raise. The mix below is all cash — this pipeline prices no time or compute, on purpose.

Milestones follow the map.
Development, the Jordan block, the Canaries block, post: each milestone is a territory's budget, released as that block delivers.

The gap is published as roles.
What the production still needs is on the board with budget bands attached — including the gap financing itself. A co-production that hides its gap is not looking for partners.
